The delivery time is usually within two working days from the order confirmation via e-mail by the Supplier. In August or during the Christmas holidays the delivery can take longer.


ITALY

For deliveries in Italy we use the GLS Express courier
Delivery time: one working day from the date of shipment; for customers residing in Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, 2/3 working days are required.
Transport costs: for deliveries in Italy we apply a rate of EUR 7.90

Intra-EEC countries

For countries that are part of the EU (Intra-EEC) we ship with Express courier service Mail Boxes Etc., with parcel tracking.
Delivery times: from two to three working days from the date of shipment.
Transport costs: for deliveries to countries that are part of the EU (Intra-EEC) we apply a rate of EUR 11.90


United Kingdom

Following the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, we ship with Express courier service Mail Boxes Etc., with parcel tracking.
Delivery times: from two to three working days from the date of shipment.
Transport costs: for deliveries within the UK we apply a rate of EUR 15.90
Customs duties and local taxes may be applied upon importing the goods.

Extra-EEC countries

For countries not belonging to the EU (Extra-EEC) we ship with Express courier service Mail Boxes Etc., with parcel tracking.
Delivery times: selected based on the destination country. Normally it takes within one weeks from the date of shipment.
Transport costs: for deliveries to countries outside the EU (Extra-EEC) we charge a rate of EUR 18.90
Customs duties and local taxes may be applied upon importing the goods.
