Each pair of Nannini glasses is crafted and customized in-house according to the lenses and prescription selected. By producing responsibly and avoiding overproduction and unnecessary waste, we are able to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to every detail. As a result, production times may vary depending on the model chosen. Our commitment is to ship your order within ten working days from order confirmation.

Orders placed after 5.00 pm (GMT+1) on Friday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
In the month of August or during the Christmas holidays, shipping times may be longer.

When your order is collected from the Nannini office and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the information about your order, such as the tracking number to monitor its progress. We would like to remind you that, once your order leaves Nannini headquarters, the shipping time always depends on your location and on customs clearance times.



Italy

For deliveries in Italy we use the GLS Express courier
Delivery time: one working day from the date of shipment; for customers residing in Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, 2/3 working days are required.
Shipping costs: for deliveries in Italy we apply a rate of € 7.90. Shipping is free for orders over € 100.


Intra-EEC countries

For countries that are part of the EU (Intra-EEC) we ship with Express courier service Mail Boxes Etc., with parcel tracking.
Delivery times: from two to three working days from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs: for deliveries to countries that are part of the EU (Intra-EEC) we apply a rate of € 11.90. Shipping is free for orders over € 100.


United Kingdom

Following the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, we ship with Express courier service Mail Boxes Etc., with parcel tracking.
Minumum order: a minimum order of €40 is required.
Delivery times: from two to three working days from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs: for deliveries within the UK we apply a rate of € 18.90. Shipping is free for orders over € 150.
Local taxes and customs duties that are going to be applied when importing the goods are in charge of the customer.
If customs fees are not paid when receiving the order, we reserve the right to return the package to Italy and charge the customer for the return shipping cost.


Extra-EEC countries

For countries not belonging to the EU (Extra-EEC) we ship with Express courier service Mail Boxes Etc., with parcel tracking.
Minumum order: a minimum order of €40 is required.
Delivery times: based on the destination country. Normally it takes within one weeks from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs: for deliveries to countries outside the EU (Extra-EEC) we charge a rate of € 18.90. Shipping is free for orders over € 150.
Local taxes and customs duties that are going to be applied when importing the goods are in charge of the customer.
If customs fees are not paid when receiving the order, we reserve the right to return the package to Italy and charge the customer for the return shipping cost.
